How to get to Stockholm - Fly to Arlanda, Bromma or Skavsta Airport - or T-Centralen

There. Not much more to say than that. To get to Stockholm, the main airports to fly to are Arlanda, Bromma and Skavsta.

If you prefer to travel by rail, you can take it right into the city all the way to T-Centralen:¬†Stockholm’s central station from where you can hail a taxi (unless you were organised and booked one), hop a bus or subway train.

Or just step outside and start walking. Like New York and Paris, Stockholm is an open city and you can walk from one side right to the other.

Assuming of course, that you are not arriving by car. Also a possibility, I will get to the roads leading to Stockholm (and there’s quite a few and gorgeous ones!) in a later post.

As usual, follow the links for more details. Do put on your volume when you click the Arlanda link. You will hear that “Ding Dong” sound that you often hear in airports.

Yeah, as if that’s important! Duh. No really, if you are planning a trip, check them out to know where you are going. Arlanda does have a few terminals…. I have one more tip for you who doesn’t want to spend much money. To get into town from the airports, check for the “Flight Busses”, in Swedish “Flygbuss”. They are fast, reliable (as anything else in Sweden) and great value for money.
